Luke Kramer is all about hard work. Growing up on a dairy farm has Luke up and moving very early milking cows, doing chores, crop work, and attending county and state fairs. On the field Luke is a 2 time first team ILB and has competed in the State Wrestling Tournament all 4 years.

Luke’s essay states,” Football is a wonderful game played between 2 teams that creates oneness, teamwork, character, heartbreak, happiness, and most of all life-like skills for adulthood. All my life I have worked very hard to maintain a 4.0, juggle sports, school activities, and get chores done at the dairy farm.  Being in the sport of football has helped me with being resilient when having to make those tough scheduling decisions. More importantly, it is better to be a leader to those underclassmen and teach them to always work hard and respect the other team and most importantly your coaches.“

Luke plans to attend Iowa State University and study Agricultural Engineering.
